TS. Nguyễn Đăng Phú tốt nghiệp tiến sĩ tại Trường Đại học Sư Phạm Hà Nội năm 2020 trong lĩnh vực Vật lí Chất rắn. TS. Nguyễn Đăng Phú là thành viên trong nhóm nghiên cứu BiOMEMS, thuộc Khoa Điện tử Viễn thông, Trường ĐHCN, ĐHQGHN; thành viên nhóm nghiên cứu linh kiện tích trữ – chuyển hóa năng lượng Khoa Vật lý, ĐHSPHN.
