TS. Bùi Trung Ninh là Trưởng phòng Công tác Sinh viên, giảng viên Bộ môn Hệ thống Viễn thông, Khoa Điện tử Viễn thông, Trường Đại học Công nghệ, ĐHQGHN. TS. Ninh hoàn thành chương trình nghiên cứu sinh, cao học và đại học tại Trường Đại học Công Nghệ, Đại học Quốc Gia Hà Nội. TS. Ninh có trên 15 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực Mạng và Truyền thông.
