TS. Phạm Duy Hưng sinh năm 1980 tại Hà Nội, Việt Nam, hiện là giảng viên khoa Điện tử – Viễn thông, Trường Đại học Công nghệ và cũng là thành viên phòng thí nghiệm More-Than-One Robotics (www.Morelab.org) thuộc University of Prince Edward Island, Canada. TS. Hưng nhận bằng cử nhân, thạc sĩ và tiến sĩ ngành Công nghệ Điện tử – Viễn thông vào các năm 2003, 2006 và 2020; làm nghiên cứu sau tiến sĩ tại University of Prince Edward Island, Canada năm 2019.
